    Advanced Lymphatic Therapist | Educator

Tania Cork-Willingham is a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, educator, and founder of The Cork Method™, an advanced therapeutic approach focused on lymphatic function, tissue restoration, and nervous system regulation.

Known professionally as The Lymphatic Lady™, Tania has built a five star private practice through extensive clinical experience and individualized care. Her work goes beyond traditional massage and cosmetic lymphatic techniques, supporting clients with complex swelling, post-surgical changes, fibrosis, lymphatic congestion, chronic inflammation, tissue restriction, and nervous system dysregulation.

Tania is certified in the Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, one of the most established lymphatic therapy methods. Her clinical experience includes post-operative care, lymphedema and lymphatic conditions, fibrosis, scar tissue, swelling, inflammation, and complex tissue presentations.

Her approach also recognizes the relationship between the nervous system and the physical body, including how chronic stress and trauma may contribute to tension, guarding, inflammation, and altered body function. Through this experience, she developed The Cork Method™.

Founder of The Lymphatic Lady Institute

Tania is the founder of The Lymphatic Lady Institute, an educational platform dedicated to advancing lymphatic therapy and therapeutic bodywork.

The Institute provides professional training, workshops, mentorship, and continuing education in lymphatic health, post-operative care, fibrosis, tissue assessment, nervous system regulation, and the clinical application of manual lymphatic techniques.

Its mission is to help practitioners move beyond basic technique and develop ethical, informed, intentional, and highly skilled therapeutic practices.

    Professional Education Is Offered Separately

Tania’s private practice and educational work/mentorship are intentionally separate.

Appointments for Total Restoration Bodywork are reserved exclusively for clients seeking therapeutic care. Sessions are not intended for observation, professional training, technique instruction, interviewing, note taking, or learning The Cork Method™.

Practitioners, students, and wellness professionals interested in studying Tania’s approach are encouraged to pursue education through The Lymphatic Lady Institute, where training is provided in the appropriate professional setting.

    The Cork Method™

The Cork Method™ was developed through years of clinical observation and hands on work with clients experiencing lymphatic congestion, inflammation, fibrosis, post-surgical tissue changes, chronic tension, and nervous system dysregulation.

    The method centers on:

    • Advanced lymphatic activation to support fluid movement and lymphatic circulation

    • Tissue restoration to address fibrosis, restriction, scar tissue, congestion, and soft-tissue changes

    • Nervous system regulation to help reduce chronic tension, guarding, and physiological stress

Rather than taking a purely cosmetic approach, The Cork Method™ considers the relationship between lymphatic function, tissue health, inflammation, surgical history, stress, and the nervous system.

Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Each session is adapted to the client’s history, presentation, current needs, and Tania’s clinical assessment.
